About the Job

The Banquet Server will ensure that the setup, service, and breakdown of banquet functions are handled in a timely and professional manner, always maintaining high service standards and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up banquet spaces with linens, silverware, glassware, and event-specific items.

  • Assist guests and address any needs during the event.

  • Serve food and beverages according to event schedules and service plans.

  • Maintain cleanliness of the banquet area during the event by removing used dishes and utensils.

  • Assist in event breakdown by clearing the space and returning it to its original condition.

  • Follow health and safety regulations and ensure proper handling of food and beverages.

  • Provide exceptional service throughout the event to ensure a positive guest experience.

About You

  • Exceptional customer service: Provide courteous and attentive service to guests throughout the event.

  • Teamwork: Work closely with kitchen and event staff to ensure seamless operations.

  • Time management: Handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Attention to detail: Maintain high standards for table setups and overall service quality.

  • Knowledge of hygiene and safety standards: Ensure compliance with food safety regulations.

  • Flexibility: Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

  • Fluent in english, french, and third language is a plus
