Located within the heart of Europe and one of the Brussel's most vibrant areas, Cardo Brussels Hotel is the new and trendy landmark in the neighborhood and the most distinctive luxury lifestyle hotel in the city, catering to both selective leisure guests and business travelers. The hotel will offer contemporary wellness and dining experiences, 532 stylish rooms & suites, as well as 1500m2 of MICE facilities and amenities.

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN / DO
Guest service excellence: Welcome guests professionally, ensure their comfort, respond to requests, and handle complaints effectively.
Front desk operations: Perform check-in and check-out, manage reservations and room allocations, and ensure accurate billing and payments.
Communication and teamwork: Collaborate with other departments, share information clearly, and support daily front desk activities.
Organization and multitasking: Handle administrative tasks, manage guest requests efficiently, and assist with recommendations and services.
Professionalism and security awareness: Maintain a professional attitude, respect confidentiality, monitor access, and report any suspicious activity

To be considered for an internship, you must have a learning agreement of minimum 4 months from your school or university, and be eligible to work in Belgium.
